This Privacy Policy explains how Endless Vacay, a brand operated by The Ghost on the Shore LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us when you join our text list, contact us, or attend our events. By providing your information, you agree to the practices described here.
We only collect what we need to tell you about our parties:
We use your information to send you event announcements — lineups, set times, venue and location details, and occasional updates about Endless Vacay. That's it. We don't use it for anything unrelated to the parties.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use a trusted third-party messaging provider solely to deliver our text messages to you; that provider may process your phone number only to send our messages on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for its own marketing. Information you share is not shared with any other third parties except as required to operate the text program or comply with the law.
We keep your information only as long as you're on the list or as needed to run the events, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work only with reputable providers.
Endless Vacay is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us their information, contact us and we'll remove it.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Endless Vacay (a brand of The Ghost on the Shore LLC) about our events — including lineups, set times, venue and location drops, and party announcements — at the mobile number you provided.
You can join by entering your mobile number in the signup form on our website, by texting our keyword to our number, or by giving us your number in person at an event. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything or attending any event.
Message frequency varies and depends on our event schedule. You can expect roughly 1–4 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Endless Vacay does not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. After you send STOP, we'll send one confirmation message and then stop texting you. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. To rejoin, simply sign up again.
